Architectural Visualisation

We take Architects CAD drawings for a property development site and build a 3D Computer Generated Model of the entire site, allowing sales staff and prospective purchasers to explore the site and configure certain options in the house from the safety of the sales office or their home.

A prospective purchaser can look at all aspects of the property that they are thinking of buying, its location, and the way other parts of the site, such as houses, neigbouring buildings, trees, lighting and anything else that is included in the model.

The primary controls are two on screen joysticks that can either be used through large touch screen devices, or tablets, and where a touch screen is not available, then a mouse or touch-pad can be used equally as well

Through specialist hardware tools, it is possible to put a large touch screen on display inside a window, consider a Sales Office, or Estate Agents marketing the site, when its closed, its closed, unless ... the site model and literature are all still available on screen and electronically.

We can supply Programme and Project Managers for the duration of a Project, or on a short term basis to cover absence, alternatively a Project Auditor could be provided to perform a short term 'step in' review and make recommendations.
