Privacy Policy

We want to be clear ... we will not sell your information, nor will we share it, no data is stored in, on or around our website, when you complete one of our contact forms, your information is immediately and securely transferred to a different physical and geographical location.  We will use the data supplied to support any subsequent discussions that we have, and we will add your details to our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).  Through our CRM we will from time to time produce newsletters, all newsletters have an unsubscribe function at the bottom should you no longer want to receive that communications.

Privacy Statement as at 1st November 2018

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal and business information and are committed to using and processing it responsibly, in compliance with applicable data protection laws in the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Statement describes how we apply rules to the personal information we collect, use and share about consumers and other individuals, whether that be through a business enquiry or an ongoing business relationship.

Why and how we collect your personal information.

We collect different types and levels of data for a variety of purposes.

Google Analytics ... We use Google Analytics to track visitors to our website as the move around the site.  The data that is stored provides information to a rough geographical location of the visitor, and in most situations an IP address, however no information is provided that would allow the personal identification of an individual.

Enquiry Forms ... When making contact with us through our website, you will be asked to complete a form which asks you for name, email address and company.  This information is not stored locally on the website server, but is transferred securely to an unrelated data server where it is held pending review by a member of the team.  Once reviewed and validated, these details are added to our CRM system, and a response will be drafted to the enquiry.

Business Management ... In the course of doing business, for Prospects, Clients, Partners or Suppliers, we maintain business contact information (such as name, business contact details, position or title of their employees, contractors, advisors and authorized users) for purposes such as contract management, fulfillment, delivery of products and services, provision of support, invoicing and management of the services or the relationship.

Visitors ... When you attend our offices, you will be asked to sign in at Reception and may be provided with a temporary pass.  This should be retained for the duration of the visit, and returned to Reception when leaving.  Information typically collected in these instances are date and time of arrival, name, car registration and the name of the person you are visiting.  This information is not retained by us for any other purpose than supporting your visit.

Marketing ... We use our CRM system for all Marketing Activity and retain no contact flags for each contact type (email, Mobile, SMS, Postal, Telephone).  Where contact is made, options will be available to Opt Out, in the case of email, and unsubscribe option is always available at the base of the email, in all other circumstances contact should be made with us either in writing or through our general contact form.

Sharing of personal information

The Complete View Ltd has no Parent Company, nor subsidiaries to which it may need to share your data.  We do not as a rule share your data across Prospects, Clients, Partners or Suppliers, however on occasion a business need may occur where this becomes necessary, whilst not an exhaustive list, Invoice Factoring, Marketing Services and Client Projects where additional resources are sourced from outside of our immediate employee pool may necessitate some sharing.

We will not under any circumstances sell your data to a 3rd party for their consumption and use.

International Transfers

The Complete View Ltd utilises a cloud based CRM System, and whilst that makes it difficult to determine exactly where the data is stored, it is at all times stored in compliance with UK and EU regulations with regards to Data Protection, including GDPR and other applicable regulations

Information Security and Access

We protect your data in our CRM with two factor authentication, tied to secure restricted IP Address access.  Access is provided to The Complete View employees only, or those contracted to provide a specific service, for which both contractual, NDA and Data Protection provisions have already been covered.

Direct Access will not br provided to any individual outside of The Complete View, unless so contracted, however you may request access to any data stored about you by making contact through our online Contact Forms.

Retention Period

We will not retain personal information longer than necessary to satisfy the purposes for which it was gathered and is processed, including the security of our processing complying with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. audit, accounting and statutory retention terms), handling disputes, and for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Your Rights, and your right to complain

You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we store about you, to ask for no further contact to be made to you, or for your record to be deleted completely.

If you dealings with us, or our responses to you through this process have been unsatisfactory, then please put your concerns in writing clearly identifying the correspondence as an “MD Complaint”.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy you either to support regulatory compliance, or due to a business process change.  Where this occurs, a new date will be added to the top of this Privacy Policy and a brief version note will be added here.
